What is the event capacity?
The venue can accommodate 270 people
Is lodging included?
Depending on the day and the season, a full farm buy out, including lodging, may be required. Please click here.
Do I have to use specific vendors?
We do require that you use one of our preferred catering, entertainment, and rental companies. We do allow you to bring your own photographer, videographer, florist, and other specialty vendors. We will only ask that they sign a vendor agreement.
Can I tour the property?
Yes, please provide your information here and our Sales Manager will be in touch to schedule a tour.
What is your alcohol policy?
All alcohol will be contracted directly by Foster Creek Farm. No outside alcohol is allowed on the property for events.
What does venue rental fee include?
The venue fee is for the venue & chairs and tables. It does not include additional rental needs, catering, floral or any other décor.
Do I have to utilize your wedding/event coordinator or am I required to have one?
No, you are welcome to use your own and while not required to have a Wedding/Event Coordinator we highly recommend using one to ensure a successful event and we would be happy to provide you with a recommendation.
How early can my event start and how late can we go?
You can begin loading in for your event at 11am on the day your contract begins. The nightly events must end by 1:55 am. 1:30 am is last call for alcohol.
Will we need purchase insurance certificates?
Yes, at this time guests who are booking an event will be responsible for purchasing a minimum of $1 million dollar of liability insurance.
